7.3 Ford Short Bus Rust

Hi there, there is a 2000 Ford 7.3 powerstroke with 124,000 miles 4 hours from me and I am not sure if this rust makes it a bus to walk away from. I know that ideally it would have none, but I don't live anywhere near AZ so may hop on one closer if the rust isn't so bad.
The guy says, "Rust isnt bad, typical NY rust. No real rot though anywhere. Mechanically it's pretty sound. I've taken it on 100+ mile trips with zero issues. Don't have the service records though."

It sold anyway.
At this rate I may just get an old conversion van and call it a day.
