96 international 3800

Hello all,
I’m going to look at a 1996 international 3800. Has a 466, maybe e? And a 5spd manual, which I haven’t dug much info up on. Assuming it’s either a fuller or a splicer?
140k, and he’s got it listed at a very fair price.
Wondering what the thoughts are around here.
