A/C compressor mount - need photo

Hi All

I have 2000 Dt466e 3800 dognose and I am looking to add road a/c.

Can anyone with a similar model, but with A/C, snap me a few pictures of the bracket & compressor for me please?

I have an option on a system removed from a 2009 shuttle bus, and also considering new aftermarket systems (GcFix on ebay) but cannot find how an A/C compressor is mounted on my engine, or what I need to buy.

you will find there are different mounts for different A/C manufacturers..



here is an AP air add-on compressor mount for a DT-466E.. I believe this drives a single V-belt compressor.

the brackets for a Serpentine belt or V-belt Mechanical 466 will not work on the 466E.. the front of the engine is different on the mechanical vs E...


there are others out there... Bracketry systems inc makes some but they are $$$.. and possibly you can find some Take-offs from someone removing A/C.
