A place to Live and Build in Washington State

Just as it says, I'm looking for a place to park my bus during my build, I've got it setup to live in now, but would like a place I can park to work on doing the permanent build, mainly I just need good cell signal for work. I work full-time remotely. I have my own tools, and a car I use for hauling materials, I have experience with carpentry, flooring, and some with plumbing and electrical, etc, and am willing to help others with parts of their build. Just need to find somewhere that's a good environment and conducive to working on a bus. Good people to be around etc. Has to be in Washington State for my job. oh yes, and I also have a very friendly labrador.

Have you found a place yet. I'm moving to Seattle Area in August with a schoolie. It will probably still be unfinished by then and would be intersted in splitting a place, if possible.
