Air leak maybe ?

I was under the bus and hear small amount of air hissing from this here part which I’ll post picture of ... anyone know what’s up with that?

That is your air dryer. You could have a leaking purge valve or check your air line connections to and from the dryer.

Leaking right where it looks like the bottom piece isn’t flush with the top anymore

To my knowledge the dryer should not leak air from anywhere but the purge valve when it expels moisture. The leak is going to make your air compressor on your engine cycle more often. I'm not familiar with that air dryer model so you should try to find a model number or part number on it somewhere and find some literature for it on the internet.
