HELP!!
2003 International skoolie.
New issue, Today I moved the bus and when I got to my destination I went to take the key out an alarm is going off. After about 15 seconds of the alarm going off the horn starts honking. It doesn't appear that anything is on. Do you guys have any idea?

Sounds like a child-check device of some kind. Someone else will have to tell you how to kill it, though. :(

Could it be something like you are in gear or not park or neutral and/or you did not set the parking brake or "set" the air brakes?
I am just guessing tho since I have not had my bus long enough to know if it has such alarms.

I believe many of the newer buses have an alarm that is silenced by walking to the back of the bus and pushing a button. The idea is that the driver is supposed to walk through the bus to make sure no sleeping kids are left behind. Most likely there's a 15 second timer to sound the horn to remind the driver to do their walk-through.

Thanks! So it was the child safety thing. Not sure why, because it had been disengaged. I disconnected it at the panel and it stopped!
Thanks for the advise!
