Hello everyone
I had hoped to get an intro post up before i started asking about advise for specific buses but came across this today and was wondering what your all's take on this is?
Private Facebook seller- asking $4500 located in Northern AK
seller believes was Lawrence County ISD bus
7 window 2004 International CE300
~100k miles GVWR 27500lbs
DT-466 Allison 2000 Tranny (per dealer I checked VIN with)
interior dimensions: length 17'6" width 7'7" height 6'1" per seller
photos & videos provided: https://imgur.com/a/jLyeXc1
I know its a bit on the pricier side of things for what this site may be used to but from my limited research I understand that this engine/tranny combo would be highly sought after. A bit concerned about having enough headroom after floors/ceiling insulated (I'm 5'11")
long distance. I do not have the ability to easily inspect myself no knowledgeable enough to know even half the stuff i should be looking for. Is there anything else you would recommend I look out for/verify prior to potentially moving forward?
