Anybody know a cheap tow service in Los Angeles for 22 footer?

I recently acquired this beauty. I am having issues with the starter and need to have it towed to a shop. Has anyone had any positive experiences with any tow companies in Los Angeles? Would this be considered medium duty or heavy duty?

I have been getting quotes that seem incredibly high, like 700 bucks for only 8 miles. Does this seem realistic?
