I want to add the passenger seat back in, replace the skoolie window with a regular door and move the school bus door to the first passenger window. Any tips or photos?

I don't understand that, could you describe it another way. I took out the front door and installed a panel and window from another bus so my navigator can sit up front. That seems to be part of what you are saying but I didn't get the rest. I kept the 2 upper steps and made a door for storage of oil, antifreeze, windshield washer mix etc.

There would be 2 regular doors in the front. Like a box van in the attached image; the left image is my pretty typical bus. Then the walk in door would be where the bow-most window now is.

anything is possible but that would be a ton of work, roof line problems, floor problems, hinge problems, phew.
