Need some input if not to much trouble.

I found one close —-3 hours

1996 Chevrolet B7 Bluebird school bus
140,870 miles on odometer
6.0L V8 gas engine
Automatic
8 windows

Should not bring much. But much is relative in the long term.


Is this a walk away from.

my thoughts

This is the least expensive bus drive line to repair/replace. Brand new engines, not rebuilds, can be had for $3000. transmissions rebuild $800.

I can go on and on, but repair expense for this will be the lowest of them all.

This is more passenger van or pickup truck than medium duty truck. I am pretty certain vans like this for $1500.... so a bus should be around the same. but maybe a bit more.

Going to high for what it is.
