I did the same thing when wiring mine up. It drove me insane, I thought it was because I switched to LED backup lights... then I figured what the heck Ill turn the key on and it worked. I went with a combined stop/turn/tail and used a trailer converter box and after nice and neatly wiring it all up they did not work. Tore it out, redid it, still no work. So a mechanic friend of mine rewired it for the fourth time, scratched his head for a bit and then found a harness up front was disconnected on accident during the build. It was a great experience in wasting a few hours of my time and someone elses.

I'm not entirely sure how mine could be wired the way it is, but same deal, Smitty...my reverse lights won't come on KOEO. It HAS to be KOER and I can't fathom why or even how it is wired as such. That's an easy enough thing to do in a PCM controlled car (though WHY?!?), but I'll be perfectly honest...I have no idea how it was done on my bus with a mechanical diesel.
