So, have a 95 Thomas west coast-er.
Full size, air brakes.
The pads on the rears are shot, I've managed to find replacement shoes.
I've had the wheels off, but never the brake drum.
Is there more to it than pulling the rims and bonking the drum off?
While trying to find shoes, a shop was telling me they'd need to replace the inner wheel seals and outer wheel gaskets "when they did the job", in that exceptionally condescending way.
The brake shop was great, btw, they do relines and had my set on the shelf already-travelled across four states looking for these, and everyone said all those were ground to dust by now.
Anyway, yeah. What's the process to get the drum off these beasts?
