Are the flashers identical? If they are, swap their positions and see if the problem follows

So there is only the one flasher relay for both left and right blinker. What part are you considering the "flasher"/ where should check to see if they are identical?

If you have a ts problem on 1 side look there but if it is both sides look to the selector switch or before. If the lite comes on and stays on you do not have enough current draw to activate the flasher. Did you switch to leds? Get a electronic flasher if you did

So the TS problem is on only the right (left works fine).
the right is coming on but not blinking so I think you may be onto something with the current issue.
We did NOT switch to LEDs, they are the factory lights from the looks of it. What would you recommend we check for a current issue?

I have not read all the posts-- but have you checked to make sure all the bulbs on the non blinking side are good? It may be that if there is insufficient current draw due to burned out bulbs-- the flasher may not flash. (Just stay on continually..)

Yeah all the bulbs are working, no empty/burnt out ones
