Bluebird drivers pedestal needed

Does anyone have a pedestal mount like the one I will post pictures of below?

I would like to buy another if it can work out.

This one is out of a 91 bluebird All American

Mostly I am interested in the bolt pattern being correct, more than the other specifics of the pedestal.
