Bluebird seat weight?

I did not weigh my seats when I ripped them out, but I know that they were heavy.

Does anyone know what they weigh?

I’m trying to figure how much weight in seats I removed.

Mine is a 91 Bluebird. 40 pass

We have an IC. Likely similarly weighted seats, but idk.

We stripped & scrapped 23 seats. The steel portions alone weighed 960lbs or about 41.75lbs ea.

Add seat bolts, undercarriage plates, wood bottom, foam-rubber & vinyl....

I estimate about 50lbs each, from the factory.

(recycled 960lbs × $.0825 = $79 return)

Just to be clear; 41.75 lbs + 9.125 lbs of foam, bolts, wood and vinyl equaling 50lbs, or 41.75 + 50?

It sounds like you are saying 50 total.
