Brake fluid leak?

My hydraulic brakes keep sticking on my 97 TC2000 Blue Bird. I'm guessing I have a leak somewhere. On the underside of the bus, beneath the diver seat, I see these two hoses. I think the brake fluid reservoir is above it. What lines are these? Anyone know what type of connectors /lines they are and where to buy new ones?
