Build location in south

Hi all

Working on my build (40 foot dog nose with roof raise) in NE. Looking to head south for winter. Need to work remote during the day so need decent cell coverage

I have a generator but would prefer a place with electric and water hookups if possible.

Anyone got any suggestions of locations?
