They're rare, so just keep trying is my only advice. Instead of a good answer, I have a question to pose back to you. Why does the transmission matter if you're converting to electric? That's a very ambitious project and I have no idea about the specifics, but I kinda assumed that with an electric motor you can delete the transmission altogether.

My current upload file.
With the current technology available the simplest method of EV conversion is to find a comparable electric motor to the ICE motor. Then marry the spindle with the existing transmission and driveshaft. Basically how the crate electric motors are put into old muscle cars.
Apparently, this works best with manual transmissions.
The EV converter I’ve been communicating with uses this method.

What battery pack are you planning on using? I would personally love to drive an all electric bus, for environmental and long term fuel and maintenance cost reasons, but I don't know if it's possible to get enough range for it to be worth it. Bluebird now makes one, and despite the gigantic, all-consuming pack, only gets about 130 miles
