How old are the tires. You gotta drive it home. Search online to see how to tell age of tires. Tires are replaced every 5 to 7 years not based on mileage.

Added insulation (hot or cold, you need insulation).

Is it already tagged & titled as an RV?

How old are the batteries?

Personally, I think the price is too much. But we would end up stripping it down to bare walls and rebuilding to suit us. That's just us.

They have a lot more in it than what they are asking"I think" from looking at pics,shows a couple vents...maybe fridge and heat.
Get more info posted as soon as you look at it,me and others are on here daily,only downsidei can see right off is from bathroom pic,which shows "stock" floor.
Post more pics(if possible...use photobucket dot com ,quick and free.
Find out what engine,trans (probable auto allison) and what appliances iithas and what works...a couple hours"too thiink about it" shouldn't kill the deal.
