Chassis clips?

The floor of my bus is attached to the chassis rails with these clip/bracket things:

They're a slightly-bent piece of formed sheet metal that bolts into the bottom of the cross-member and clips the body to the top flanges of the chassis rails. Does anybody know what these are actually called and where I could find eight or so of them online?

I basically need to clip my new frame to the chassis in the same manner. I've though of a few ways to improvise something to do this, but I'd rather attach something meant for this.

I'm thinking a straight piece of 1/4 inch, same width and length as the originals, drill a hole in same spot, phosphate and paint, put some washers the same thickness as the frame metal (or slightly thinner) under the strap/clip and bolt it down. Done. You could weld a piece the same thickness as the frame under the strap, then drill the hole, if you wanted something prettier or stronger. This is just s clamp.

These are the same length (6") as the factory clips and the same width as my two transverse t-bars. The double bolts should serve the same role as the tab and notch in the factory clips, preventing it from twisting. The surfaces that will mate with my t-bars and the chassis rails are rounded and smoothed. The flat part of the clips is 1/4" and that would probably be strong enough on its own, but I added 3/16"x1" stiffeners along the bottom.

Did he have dyslexia or something?
He may have had dyslexia or something, but his real problem is that he values money over everything else. Every post of his is about what a great "deal" he got (even to the point of obvious online scams where he had to get Paypal to refund his money), or how much profit he made with his latest quick sale.
He's pretty sure he's going to be the one guy who's Nigerian Prince will someday come.
