Companies Doing Roof Raises

Some of you have mentioned companies that offer this service. I'm curious as to what state of finish they give for what money? Are they doing the roof raise and then closing it in, or just the raise. Any contact info for any of these outfits?

I've only heard second hand about them, enough to believe they exist but I don't know how formalized they might me.

I know buses with raised roofs command a premium, and the numbers I've heard thrown around were like 10 grand to raise a roof.. but I can't point at anyone who has paid that or charged someone else that.

They charge ten grand for a basic roof raise in Denver at Charlie Kern's.
Seems absolutely sky high to me. Ten grand for a couple weekends' work.

Saw someone else paid someone 14 grand.

I'd say about 5-6 grand is fair.

That's because they've been on HGTV so they can charge whatever they want. The tiny house lemmings will happily open their checkbooks.

At $5-$6K I'd say there's about 75% profit in that and I'm going to start looking for a shop to do the work out of.

I thought you owned a shop. A powder coating shop?

Just as easy to do it outside if you don't mind the sun.

My shop is a 1650sf. drive iv basement,but isn't the right space for this size item. I need a bay I can pull into and be out of the weather.
