Hello so this is the beginning of my 2001 International Genesis RE build with a DT466e.
When I brought the bus from NJ it was had no power and was over heating. I found the turbo line going into intercooler had a large gouge in it and two bolts missing from the front engine cover causing oil and grime to be all over the radiator, intercooler and engine. I pressure washed and cleaned all of the above and repainted same. I am also replacing the radiator lines, water pump, cam position sensor and oil pan gasket (its weeping). I am also replacing all fluids and filters Parts are on order waiting for them to come in. I also obtained a second intercooler and will be fabricating some mounts so I can run both.
