Coolant temp light and buzzer

Howdy,
Recently, after starting and idling for a few minutes, my engine temp light and guage will come on along with a really annoying beep.
The temp reads low.
I'm not sure how to diagnose this. It seems to me like a bad temp sensor or connection.
Any suggestions?

Might be a low coolant warning

Coolant level is good. It doesnt happen all the time.
