test results say we do NOT have covid antibodies. That sucks.

Bummer

I wonder what you had a few months ago?

I had influenza B in February. Went to the hospital and was tested with a swab of the back of my nose(not fun).

I was also one of the people who had a strange illness/virus in November. Never underwent any testing, was told it was a virus and to stay home. Felt crummy for 2 weeks, aches, feverish, and a stiff neck with bouts of pain. Went to the doctor again after my birthday and he "diagnosed" strep throat, was never tested for it. A week of taking amoxicillin later and I finally felt normal.

Yup, my wife and I were sick last Jan. She was run down and had a cough for 'bout 3 weeks. My cough was worse but started later than hers so after my 2 weeks we both went to the doctor to make sure it wasn't bronchitis or walking pneumonia... They said both our lungs were clear and that it'd just been a bad year for flu...

Just 'cause 'rona's going around -- all the other things we got sick from before are still out there...

IF we have another bad flu season this could get way worse.
I was watching some mathematics stuff about covid and if folks don't do some distancing and ppe in a widespread effort we're in for a lot more death.

I'm considering liquidating some assets and holing up in a wanderlodge for a year far from the city. :marshmallow:

Never thought I'd say this to someone I didn't dislike. But... I'm sorry you never had COVID19.

I sure wish I'd already done beat it, man! UGH!

In a year or two if/when the dust settles I wana have a skoolie meetup. I'll even buy beer.

Tis my hope to have the murder bus a viable pub (and renamed...) on wheels by then!

Been hard to be motivated about a social-event-oriented bus build in these times...

I got a code enforcement warning letter yesterday. Seems that during covid the bus came under the attention of the new code enforcement officer.
I called and told the city manager and she found my "file" that had the info from our last code encounter. All's well now and the bus is 200% approved to park in the city lol.
Always good to get out in front of that sort of thing.
