Crazy Wires!

I’m not sure if this is the right sub forum...but can anyone help me figure out this mess in the fuse panel area?

Those are generic cube relays. Either follow the wires to the other end or have someone flip switches to see what makes them click. Start with any switch that doesn't look original.
 
As previous response says, they are relays. Assuming they are still needed, you could just bundle them up and secure them. There are so many relays on a bus that there is no way to hazard a guess at what they are for without more info.

Any electrical device that uses more than few amps will use a relay to keep they heavy amp load off of the primary switch.
