After demoing the bus a bit. Finding the leaks, and getting it all stripped down to the fiberglass. I am a little concerned with the structural integrity.
The fiberglass body is very wobbly. The leak through the roof appears to be In a second layer of fiberglass between the roof and ceiling of the inside of the bus. Their is also part of the side that bows a bit towars the front. See pictures.
There's a quite a bit of rust from where the windows have leaked as well.

I have some ideas to add support but wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions, tips, or experience with a fiberglass body.
This is a 2001 international 3400. T444e body is by el dorado.
Please let me know what every body thinks!

Pic#3 has the appearance of some form of trauma from above.
Something likely fell on it, and someone attempted to straighten the rib rather than replacing it?

Hopefully the fiberglass isn't damaged atop the damaged rib. I'd look closely in that general area. Maybe the source of the leak?...

I think that pic was taken with the camera pointing down, so the trauma was to the side of the bus, where the edge of the door is. That looks like a random piece of metal screwed on to try and fix it. I wonder if there's a bunch of ugly cracked bondo on the outside here?

Yes sorry for the awkward picture. That's the side next to the double door.
There are holes on the exterior in that spot where it appears something was attached just not sure what, but it bows inward further than just where that was. (3 foot area on exterior compared to about 6 feet of bend interior )
