Did you use plywood over rigid foam insulation?

I am getting ready to do the subfloor. My plan is to put down the pink Foamular insulation and then plywood. I am not going to screw anything through the metal floor.

I looked through some build threads but I couldn't find some details:

Did you glue the foam down?
Did you glue or tape pieces of foam together?
Did you glue the plywood to the foam?
How thick of plywood did you use? (Should you have used thicker?)

Same here.. Would have liked to use tongue and groove foam. Did use tongue and groove plywood.. Staggered plywood and foam joints.

I did the same. Metal floor, 2 coats of oil based enamel paint, 1 inch XPS foam, 3/4 inch plywood, click together floor.

For you folks that did this, how did you secure your toilet? Did you bolt it down through the metal floor (I would like to avoid that)? Just screwing into the plywood doesn't seem like it would hold very well. I've also thought about framing out a small area with 2x4s.

Yes I glued the foam. Yes I’ll glue the plywood but not tape the foam seams. For subfloor I’ll be using advantec tongue and groove 23/32. Seems VERY stiff and moisture resistant. And I’ll be attaching composting toilet to that. (After snap flooring)
