Do you have a natures head toilet?

Hey do you have a natures head toilet. I’m missing the screws that hold the pee jug holder to the base of the toilet. It’s the three screws? Does anyone k so what type of screws it is?

On mine, the 'pee' jug just sits in a pocket on the front and you have to unlatch and tilt the top section to remove it. Can you post a photo?
