Would be very grateful if anyone can help me. We have an old bus, a Mercedes 811D (according to the plate) it has mechanically operated doors on a 24V system.
There is a Scorpion SA30 alarm in the mix and it may well be this that is messing everything up.
I DID NOT install the SA30, we bought the bus with the SA30 pre-installed. I have tested the Relays in the circuits, checked the fuses and even replaced one of the micro-switches
What happens is this:
Doors sound like they are actuating when an open button is pressed but they do not open. The motor runs but stops and fails to open the doors. I can then open the doors physically myself.
This has also recently stopped working although it has been getting worse in stages which really makes me suspect the Alarm as being faulty.
I have checked all the original components and everything works. I can even close the doors from the inside with the motor but only via a microswitch on the RHS
If anyone has any idea on this or knows where I can get a replacement Scorpion SA30 module then that would be helpful. :Thanx:
