Double decker Slide out?

I have never seen a double decker slide-out, even on a commercial motorhome, but i would love to see someone build it.

A bus is perfectly suitable for such a venture. Building a slide out on a skoolie is on my list of things to do.

there isnt any reason why a taller side out cant be added. esp to the back end of a FE bus. it would just be taller, and the top mechanism would have to be secure of course.. so bus would have to have good structural integrity at the top.
after all, it is being built on top of a normal truck frame...

Ditto '49. Just don't use wood to build the thing unless it isn't going to be used on the hwy. Sticks and stapels should never meet where the rubber meets the road. Just my 2 cents worth.

If the slider cuts thru the roof it may be hard to seal against rain, I guess.
