Edit thread on registering as RV in Vermont

Can I edit my original post on "registering an rv immediately without conversion" and update with new info so lurking members don't run into any issues? We're talking about mailing a lot of money to Vermont if the members are using a cashiers check or moneygram and it seems to be working for a lot of people, but the instructions vary depending on the year of the bus...I'd like to save the members some headache in the future.
