I have a 2010 Savana 3500 LMM motor that started with a MAF sensor error code. Once the MAF sensor was replaced the EGR is also the issue and because it is the Savana cutaway, the pipe kits available won't fit the van version of the LMM.

By chance has anyone else run into this issue or can shed some light on any available options.

If it matters, I am in Central Florida.

Thank you in advance for any assistance!

I had MAF problems after a mechanic touched the engine. He did not line up the intake properly so air was able to get in behind the sensor and it was throwing a code and going into limp mode. If you've removed your air box recently I would check that first. I'm not sure if it'll throw an EGR code also but these things will find any excuse to throw a code lol.

If not then Rockauto.com will have everything you need for your Savana cutaway. I get most of my 2010 Express parts from there.

do you have to do emissions testing?
if not they make a delete kit.
also if the egr or cooler is the problem then why replace the tubing.
Thanks Jolly Roger!

We do not need to do emissions testing, so that's in my favor. Because this is a van cutaway, the mass produced delete kits do not fit it because even though it's an LMM, there are some shortening of things that made a few reconfigurations that will not allow them to work.

I sit hoping a second opinion will come in. I appreciate everything.

BMWNJ - Thank you so much. I will get in touch with rockauto.com immediately!

I'll return to the post if I get anywhere.

After reading your response to the other member I wanted to clarify that Rockauto wont have anything to delete the egr. To fix what's not working sure, but anything that'll alter the emissions you wont find there.

rock auto or any other parts store will have or can get what is needed to fix the problem.
the factory put it in a express/savanna body van cutaway so repairs and or deletes are available.
just use the van body as 2500/3500 and dont mention cutaway or bus.
its a chevy 3500 with a duramax?
my chiltons manual owned by hanes? now covers everything chevy wise up to 2010.
the shops dont want to do it because its a son of a B?
can be done in place. figure out where the problem is and just replace that part?
cast iron doesnt just go bad? tubes dont just clog up unless you are running to much fuel thats not getting burnt but you should have other problems before that.
also you might be able to pull the manifold and gut the EGR valve and reset the code.
stovebolt forums, carson stauffer diesel, you tube university can all help? i learned the hard way without a computer.maybe even scheid diesel.
my son taught me the computer basics.
you got this sir.
