Read a couple dozen threads, no shock zone, etc.

Picked up a 30amp house breaker box, separate ground bar, some marine 10g Tri strandid tinned wire and the 30amp smartplug inlet.

Most inlets people seem to put back driver side. I have thoose ribs down the side of the bus so my inlet woild have to go under thoose to under the bus. What I havnt seen is how people get up to thier breaker box... Just drill through the floor and run the wire up? Use flex?

Have watched a ton of skoolie conversion videos and this part seems left out.

Probably go this route. Only one hole and electrical box right inside this wall

Yeah, below the floor and route up inside liquid-tight conduit, or up above the ribs. If you go with the upper location you could connect the inlet to the breaker box with your marine triplex cable (don't forget the cable clamps) or use a stiff or flexible conduit. I think technically if you use a conduit you should use separate conductors rather than a cable with a jacket, but if you want to use a generously-sized conduit and put that marine triplex wire through it, I won't tell anybody!
