I have disabled every email option I can find in the profile setup and still get multiple emails Daily.

I don't get the emails any more - as per instructions from the webmaster, I tried to correct the problem - still no emails

I get an email notification on every single post, they go to my spam file though, so I don't know they come in.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the mailing.

You can manage post and thread notification via your usercp here on the forum - these two mailings are unrelated.
