How tall and wide an object could you fit through your emergency exit door? And which manufacturer, type, and year is it?

I want to move an upright piano and would prefer not to have to take a chainsaw to it or the bus.

I'm particularly interested in the side door of a pusher bus. The back door of the 2002-or-so International conventional bus I measured was 57", if I recall, which is plenty.

Thanks!

Side doors aren't typically gonna be more than about 24 inches wide. You may find one that's 26 or 28 but I wouldn't count on it. My bus is 250-ish miles away right now so I can't go check it but when I get back home I will.

Thanks - width isn't the biggest worry - it's height. But it would be wise for me to know both before a purchase. I was just hoping to know if those doors were anywhere near large enough.

Height.... again I'm not 100% certain but I'm thinking in the 48-54 inch range, give or take.

Here's a view of mine, maybe this will help.
