Flooring Idea?

Would this be suitable for a floor? It was recommended to me by a friend. What are your thoughts?

I don't think anything made of OSB is suitable for any construction anywhere. If it gets damp it's toast, won't hold a screw.

Thanks for the input I decided to go back to my original idea of pink rigid foam and liquid nails to make a floating floor. Was also thinking of using some of the good stuff spray foam to fill the gaps on the edges.

Where are you using the Liquid nails?

Just gonna get the stuff built for use with rigid foam insulation and do it between the floor and the insulation then the insulation and the plywood.
