Fully gutted skoolie for sale.
We bought this bus from a rural school district in Ohio a little over a year ago and life has thrown us a few curveballs recently. This project has been pushed to the back burner and we are looking to sell it.
All of the metal walls below the windows have been cut out and removed along with the insulation. (still have it in the barn) The ceilings, rubber, and wooden flooring was removed as well. Once we got down to the metal subflooring we noticed 2 rust spots that were in need of repair. After cutting those sections out we had a professional weld in new supports along with new sheet metal flooring.
Once all that was done we used rust converter and rustoleum enamel protectant to seal the floors. We also siliconed all corners around the new floors and metal taped all bolt holes from the seats. On top of that we began installing the subfloor (1"XPS insulation w/ 3/4" Advantec T&G OSB subflooring) The subfloor is about 1/3 complete and all other materials to finish it will be included.
