2008 Thomas bus on a Freightliner frame, with a Catapillar C7 engine and an Allison 2000 transmission

In pretty good shape, engine runs very well. odometer states 113769 miles, tires are great

Wanted to make a conversion butt our lives are going in a different direction.

We have removed the windows and added galvaneal sheet metal siding, and sealed it with a hard-core 3m marine sealant.

Also replaced a brake air can and gave it a coolant flush with new command coolant added.

The main issue is some code telling the clutch not to engage in order to protect its self from damage. This could mean a bad sensor, bad Trans fluid level, a faulty wire, many things. I have someone lined up to bring a scan tool and plan to get that issue taken care of.

I am working on that as well as remediating some surface rust on the floor inside and on the frame underneath, as well as the stairs. If you buy as is and want to fix it your self we can negotiate a good discount.

BONUS GEAR

The previous owners did their research and pre purchased tons of great supplies for setting up their solar system and wiring. I'll list some but look in the pictures.
-Two batteries!
- An awesome little ceramic hand washing sink
-DC wiring supplies
-heavy duty battery wires
-battery moniter
-victron energy charger and inverter
-smart solar charge controller
-maxfan already installed
-remaining many sheets of galvineal steel for other windows, quality stuff

No trades,

Price, and more photos would be good - especially of the underside, as the pic of the left front (engine compartment) is showing what appears to be some pretty gnarly rust on the shock and frame.

Rust coming thru the bumper paint and stairwell don't look well either.
I would spray that bus down with OSPHO ASAP!

Indeed that OSPHO is incredible stuff. I've been spending time attacking the rust inside on the floor and the stairs as well as underneath.

The bumper is a replaceable part and although it wouldn't be hard to take care of its lower on the priority list.
