Is this still for sale? Is the price negotiable, since the bus appears to be unfinished/disassembled inside?

The price is set appropriately, the bus is in great running order and has a very beautiful, unique paint job.
The added bonus of having most of the major needs items for a build are simply because I had intended to build it myself, and there's just not enough time to do so.
This stuff is actually for sale separately.
