Purchased in New Jersey by previous owner, who lived in it for two years before selling it to me. They made some questionable choices with their build out and I’ve mostly repaired everything, including removing the moldy shower and fixing the electrical setup. You would just need to: Finish kitchen by adding cabinets; replace bathroom tile with wood; repaint the outside in some spots. I can provide $300 worth of Havelock wool if you also want to replace the foam insulation.
