TWINS FOR SALE!!! 24 Valve CUMMINS 28’ Cruise Control Auto Chains Buses. I have 2 matching identical school buses for sale!! $6,000 for Both Buses!! Both Model year 2000, Bluebird TC2000 28’ front engine buses. They look to be outfitted identically with the 24 Cummins and both have at545 transmission. They both have air brakes and Air ride drivers seat. Both have Cruise Control and both have automatic tire chains. Both buses have a wheelchair lift with hold down rails for wheelchairs in the floor. Drove both buses over 200 miles back to the lot and they drove nice. Buses are nearly identical consecutive Vin numbers ending in 48 and 49 and were ordered new together and stayed in the same district together since new.
One bus has 212,000 miles and selling it solo for $3,995, it’s the one in the solo pictures and all engine pics are of this bus also. The other bus has 282,000 miles and selling it solo for $2,995, this bus needs new batteries. Partial maintenance records for both buses on fluid changes, looks like oil changes every 6-7k? Engine pics of 212k bus show valve cover stamped with campaign 0504, and a letter from Cummins stating a fuel pump change under recall was done is in its maintenance records. 282k bus shows record of fuel pump change but no letter from Cummins or valve cover stamp. You can ask if their still for sale but, I’ll update the ad if I sell just one or both!
