Beautiful craftsmanship!

Your Electrician has marvelous pipework experience. Well painted EMT is Disney-Nightclub kind of craftsmanship. It's quite likely that the wirework is of equally fine quality. A wonderful example to follow for those who desire both safety and beauty.

I hope you'll create a new thread to show how the process was completed. Especially the boxes or wiremold that contain the recessed lights & AC units.

Prospective buyers may be the envy of every tradesman who enters.

Ceiling almost has a steam punkish vibe. Haven't seen a theme like that before.
