Ford B500 wire harness

I’m looking for this Ford voltage regulator harness, part number C6TZ-10A545-E. The sticker/tag on it may be C6TB-10A545-E or C8TB-10A545-A. It connects to the main under hood harness at the original voltage regulator 4 pin connector, then goes to the transistorized voltage regulator 3 pin connector and field relay connector. It has other Ford vehicle applications as well.

need a little more info.
do you actually have a B500 or are just looking for this specific harness.
the year model is a must need to help out.
ford made the bigger 4,5,6,7,800 series until the 90's
need to know what specific motor?
that wiring harness looks like it could be capable of dual alternator's.
little bit more info.
i have a direct contact with a ford dealership if the parts not to old.

I’m just looking for this harness. According to the 1973-1979 Ford Truck MPC, its application was a 1973 B500, 330cid, with 61 or 70 amp alternator. I don’t have any older truck MPC’s to know earlier truck applications. It also is for ‘66-‘67 Galaxies and Fairlanes with any engine and the 42 or 55 amp Ford alternators.

I’ve about exhausted my car contacts for finding one, so I thought I’d give it a go with the truck community, since it’s actually a truck part number.

If you have earlier Ford Truck MPC’s that show more applications, that would be good because when I’m out at the salvage yards I can dig a little deeper into trucks.

I can have some made if I had one to show the manufacturer.

is it an FE or FT motor?
and i assume you want it for fairlane or galaxy?
i cant reference that part itself
my dealership doesnt stock anything over 10 yr old and i have problems at the parts stores for my 77 truck.
have you tried LMC trucks? they have bailed me out a few times. not cheap and for what you want might have to call instead of email.
but i have to ask?
without you providing much info?
where is the original harness?
you starting with a bare bones vehicle?
not trying to give you a hard time but something in that era is tougher to find so we need more info other than b500.
that 330 was a dog from what i have read?
but anything can be built to race.
are those just pictures of the harness you are missing or is the first picture of burnt wires what you have.
make your own connections with coated connectors.
a pin is a pin
A is A and B is B

None of what your asking really matters since I’ve provided the Ford part number and application for the Ford master parts catalogs. I know it’s a tough find due to scarcity of use and age. Since the only truck application I have is for a 1973 B500 with a 330cid engine, 61 or 70 amp alternator, that’s where I’m starting. As I stated, if you or anyone else has earlier Ford Truck MPC’s that list more applications, that would be great. I’m merely taking a shot at hoping someone might have one off of a bus/truck they rewired or even NOS laying around that they didn’t know what it was for.

The picture of the actual wire harness isn’t the greatest and is not burnt or anything wrong for that matter, it’s just the only actual photo I have. I don’t have the original harness either. The black and white photo is a picture of the 1967 Ford Fairlane assembly manual showing its usage/routing and for the most part size, which isn’t very big, maybe 6-9”.

No, I don’t want to just slap some connectors and wires on an expensive restoration when it is very visible in the engine bay.

three part numbers for the same harness?
doesnt match up?
motor/application specific for three part numbers does.
none of the part numbers show the same harness.
regardless of what you want it to look you might have to make your own?
each one you reference?
in the ford books have have slightly different pin locations as far as signal power ground stuff.

C6TZ-10A545-E is the Ford part number. C6TB-10A545-E and C8TB-10A545-A are the engineering numbers that are on the sticker/tag attached to the wire harness. They are one in the same. This is from the Ford Car MPC and 73-79 Truck MPC.

No, Ford can’t get it, hasn’t been available for decades.
I can make my own but won’t look correct and am doing a high level restoration which it needs to look/be correct.
Specific car is a 1967 Fairlane
Engine(it doesn’t have a motor because it’s not an electric car) is a 427. (but engine size doesn’t matter because this harness could have been used on a 6 cylinder if the car was ordered with the transistorized voltage regulator.)
