Framing RV door with aluminum square tubing?

Question is in the title. Would this be an acceptable method of framing in a proper RV door assuming I dont have access to a welder?
 
More details on how you would build the rest of the door. But to me it wouldn't matter. both steel or aluminum frames should be welded for structural integrity.
 
I agree. If you don't have access to a welder, best to hire someone. Doors are subject to lots of torque and must resist flexing or they will become shape shifters that leak wind & rain like crazy.
