nah, he found me!
I pulled up to the gate at animal shelter, and he was the first one to greet me at the fence, then we came inside the building and he wouldn't leave my side... extremely personable! After the holidays, I've gotta get him chipped

Poor Dixie has been wearing a cone the last 3 days since she was fixed.

yes, it's my understanding when we adopt from our local animal shelter... that all animals running through there are spayed or neutered.
It might be different in other areas, but not here.

A co-worker was dog sitting for me at the shop one day while I ran an errand...
I get this text message
"Buddy gave me a heart attack"

I said "ran away from ya, right?"
He said "chasing a cat across field, fastest dog I've ever seen" (he's got a 17 year old Laso Apso)

I said "he'll be back in a little bit"


I sent him this pic

Just came in from playing with my dog- She was having a ball trying to catch all the squirrels in the neighborhood.:wink1:

Just switched him off the puppy kibble and onto the adult kibble....don't want him turning into The Incredible Bulk!
When I rescued him, I could see his ribs and hip bones, not good

Dogs love buses. Cats, not so much.

I live on a dead end road in the mountains where people commonly dump unwanted pets. Sadly most of them get eaten by cougar or coyotes. Cougar snacks, don't you know. The pets that do live eventually come around houses looking for food. That's why I've got two stinky cats.

But, we're doing ok
