How much does it cost?

I can only speak for the garage floor covering I found at Sam's club....
But, I ended up searching the manufacturer's product at google and found the bus/transit stuff

they've got 3 or 4 styles, diamond tread, coin, levant.... the levant it a leather pattern.

research found the other woodgrain patterns

Founded in 1998 by Don & Brett Sneed in Lenexa, KS, Better Life Technology, LLC (BLT) is the leading manufacturer of roll out vinyl flooring. From G-Floor Parking Pads to G-Floor Graphic Imaged flooring, BLT provides high-quality vinyl flooring for almost any room.

Why should you use BLT Roll-Out Garage Flooring instead of epoxy coatings?

1) Easier Installation:
The preparation for painting an epoxy-coated concrete floor can be intensive- potentially lasting a period of days. Even then, there is no guarantee the coating will stick. Painting a garage floor involves many variables such as prep-time, humidity, temperature, dry-time, and the skill to do it. Yes, there are so called "Do-It-Yourself" Epoxy kits. However, properly painting a concrete floor requires skill that does not come in a kit. And even if one has the skill, the numerous steps required for a quality garage flooring paint job such as degreasing, etching, taping, drying and etc. make painting a basement or garage floor less than practical. With BLT Roll-Out Garage Flooring®, simply unroll onto the garage floor and trim the edges with a utility knife.

2) Lower Cost:
A quality professional coating company will likely charge anywhere from $5 to $15 a square foot in labor fees alone. Snap-together floor tile solutions will cost $4 to $6 per square foot for the tiles alone—plus hourly labor charges for proper installation. With BLT Roll-Out Garage Flooring®, material costs will be lower and labor costs will be eliminated.

3) Longer-term Durability:
Once painted or tiled, these concrete garage flooring solutions are subject to chipping, peeling, cracking, scratches and hot-tire pickup. These normal "wear and tear" realities can lead to the reapplication of the paint or tile within a matter of years. BLT Roll-Out Garage Flooring has been manufactured from tough, specially formulated, polyvinyl material that will beautify in minutes and last for years.

Traditional flooring installation on garages and commercial spaces is time consuming, stressful, and expensive. Additionally, all of the labor that goes into the application of these floors can be easily negated with a damaged, sub-par flooring material. There is no floor as strong or as easy to install as G-Floor's Commercial and Garage flooring. It installs instantly and with limited "heavy-lifting" involved and will last for years after competing garage and commercial floorings expire or are damaged.

I'm sure some of the more custom stuff has a custom price.... but, it seems like the sky's the limit and it starts out in 10' wide rolls, built for the transportation industry... can you say HARSH CONDITIONS of a transit bus or train traffic? this stuff would last forever in a residential skoolie! I think the Teak marine look would look great in a skoolie.

I requested samples.... I'll post an update

That sounds great if your bus is empty. Shoots, can just about roll it out and start your build. I wonder how hard it would be to cut around existing builds.

Keep us posted.

I wouldn't think it'd be much worse that installing vinyl flooring in a house.... but you might want to measure everything precisely, lay it on the driveway and cut it all out since you're working in close quarters...

Also, they carry transition strips that butt ends together. Dunno... just learned about the stuff, requested samples, and waiting to hear back from them.

Is this available at Sam's or is it mail order?

looks like 4 patterns in 7 colors of the 55mil material in 10'x22' is all that's available at Sams Club.... as "garage floor covering"

The thicker 75mil different patterned material would be mail order...

I believe (without going back), that the 75mil material is what they've designed for "commercial transit, bus, and marine applications and custom graphics.

So, I'm sure there's going to different prices for the thicker material....But, it might be offset by ordering different dimensions perhaps???

the marine grade looks pretty danged sharp!!!

Based on it's composition, it looks like it should also help hold down sound as well.

shoot!!!!
lay it down over 1/2" - 3/4" inch insulation board....

and you got it made:dance:

no one can hear you scream!

G-Floor’s Maritime floor is composed of 100% polyvinyl that is absolutely waterproof, stain resistant, mold resistant, UV resistant for maximum color retention and structural integrity. No matter what weather condition might occur, the flooring material is impervious to whatever Mother Nature can throw at it. Additionally, since the material is welded with a waterproof material on the back, water cannot permeate it from either side.
