Gas stove 120v no electricity? Help! (800 watts of solar)

Hello, I'm hoping someone who's a little more versed in electric and solar systems might help me understand this. I have 800 watts, of solar, 2 battle born lithium batteries, and a 3000 watt inverter for running 120v items. Currently only running water pump, occasionally water heater and a few lights from my system and have plenty of electric. My questions is about this model of stove. I'm installing a 20" gas stove that is 120V according to the manual. But a few things are confusing me:

1. I don't see an actual plug on the back of this stove and the manual doesn't state that there is one
2. if there is a plug and it's hidden or something, does anyone know how/when the stove uses power, I'm imagining it's only to ignite the fire, but I want to be sure because I wouldn't want to drain my battery. I do remember reading on many posts that gas stoves use little or no electricity but most of those were cook tops.

It has electric igniters. I used a stove that looks like that one with standing pilot lights. No ac needed.

Reading the specs it says ‘no electricity required’ on the site. I would double and triple check but I think that’s likely. Not sure how it ignites but I would look at the use and care guide to confirm.

Yep, I finally found it. Only uses a battery pack, no plug in needed. Thank you!

Table of contents reads electrical installation as page 19 but I found them on 21-23. Per the manual, it may require a 120v appliance whip. (Sold separately) or it may operate batteries.

Do you a picture of the back?

Looking for a removable cover, may have 1-2 screws. Probably a nickle to quarter size knockout for cord to be attached.
Or none, only a battery compartment on the front.

Every town of a decent size has a professional water testing service.

Ask at county/town hall Health Dept.

Just make sure that it is secured very well to the wall / floor. You don't want it chasing you around in your bus during a sudden stop.

Gas ranges currently sold in the US have electric hot surface ignitors for the oven burner. They pull about 4 amps at 120 volts, the entire time the oven burner is on. The stovetop burners can be lit with a match.
I tried to find a pilot operated range for my conversion, but they just are no longer available. EPA rules.
You would have to buy an older model range to get a pilot ignition model.
There are some battery powered spark ignition oven ranges available. I looked into them, Unique, etc, but I read of too many complaints.
I ended up just getting a 3 burner cooktop and forgetting about the oven.
