Good bus?

New wanna be Skoolie here searching for my perfect bus. After a few months of research I think I’m ready to dive in and start making offers on busses. Leaning towards a mid sized bus with the 7.3 diesel. I came across this bus and am looking for any pros/cons from experienced bus lifers and/or mechanically inclined folks. I’m getting antsy and can’t wait to start my build. Thanks!
