Got A Work Van On GovDeals Today!

So Wednesday I had Roxy and Dixie in the truck heading out to Shaun's place to start up the bus and take it for a spin.
About 3 or 4 miles down the road the clutch pedal lost resistance and went spongy.
I was near a good friend's place so I got it to start in first gear and eased it over there.
Slave cylinder had given up and blown out. Got a new one at the parts store by my house for $30. Went over to the truck and got to work swapping them. Was pretty simple but had a few snags like any repair job. One of the pressed in mounting studs spun when I tried tightening the nut, so I had to remove it and use one of the old bolts. Not a bit deal, that's what you get with cheapo parts.
Clutch feels good and got the truck home.
There's one less part to worry about for a while. Gonna order that MC and booster this weekend. And a regular tow hitch to mount on the frame. Its a got a ball/pintle combo but its built into the bumper and its too high for my purposes. I'll have a regular hitch under it so I'll be able to use either.

Why not get a drop hitch, a whole lot cheaper than a whole hitch, less weight, fewer parts to deal with?

Took the truck on a 2 hour round trip yesterday to a pot dispensary. Its running real well. Drives nice at 55-60.
Got that hydraulic line, just gotta put it on and bleed it all again.
Ordering a brake booster and master cylinder thursday

Here in Fl we only have a few here and there. I'm an hour drive from the nearest.
Most do free delivery, though. Its sorta like ordering a pizza.
Can't wait to show up to one in a big GREEN and WHITE bus!

If the color scheme was blue, you could call it the Indigo Indica!

A Celtic fan would NEVER paint it blue!

That's Tim Weah. He's American/Liberian and plays on the USMNT.
Funny you say that though. Celtic ARE the biggest Irish football team, and they're in Scotland!

Guess they're returning the "favour" of all those Ulster-Scots foisted upon the emerald isle, many an Irish Spring ago.
