Hello there...
We are new to the skoolie community, but excited to learn. Both of us (husband and wife) are perfectionists, so it will probably be a while before we actually start the project. In the meantime, we plan to be super active here, learning every last ounce of knowledge there is to be had.
When we do build our bus (goal for our start date is next Spring) we want to have learned every last tip, trick, and avoidable problem from all of the wise folks here who have come before us.
We've already been reading a lot. From what we can tell now, we'll be going with a transit style diesel but that is all we know so far. Even that we're open to changing based on new information. Oh, and we also will likely be doing a roof raise.
Any wisdom you'd care to impart on new skoolies? Perhaps your favorite/most resourceful thread?
